Easy publishing

Our editor allows you to quickly document your product with optional markdown support, image uploads and even YouTube/Loom video embeds. Organize articles with unlimited collections and pin important posts to the front of your page.

Private or public

Set your workspace to private for internal teams to use or public for everyone to see on your subdomain - available on plus. Schedule new articles to only appear on a specific date to plan information in advance.


Learn how articles are performing with ratings. Customers can quickly let you know if an article was helpful - allowing you to improve them over time.


Bring in your team and let them write articles too. We also lock posts while a user is editing to avoid overwriting.

Multiple Languages

Plus unlocks access to article translations. Simply choose the lanaguage and populate for those customers to view.

Custom Domains

Choose to use Dack on our subdomain or add it to your own. We take care of SSL certificates too - it only takes a couple of minutes to setup.

Support Form

With a built in contact form, customers can fill out support questions that send directly to your specific email address.

Live Chat

We currently support Intercom and Crisp chat live chat embeds. If you use another let us know and we will add support.
